Return Policy
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all parts and documentation included.
The customer must contact the seller via email at [email protected], providing their name, contact number, invoice number, and product name for return.
If the customer returns a product within the legal withdrawal period, they must bear the return shipping cost.
Returns must be made without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification.
Upon receiving the returned product, the seller will check whether all return conditions have been met. If not, a refund may be denied.
